About
Fasting Track is an intermittent fasting tracker and fasting timer that keeps fasting simple: pick a plan, start the timer and see your progress. No account and no sign-up: your fasting data stays on your phone. Whether you are new to intermittent fasting with 16:8, eating one meal a day (OMAD), following the 5:2 diet or trying a longer fast, Fasting Track gives you a live fasting timer, a schedule that fits your day and an honest log of how it is going. 17 built-in fasting plans The popular intermittent fasting methods and more, including 16:8, 12:12, 20:4 (Warrior Diet), OMAD, 5:2, Alternate-Day Fasting, Eat-Stop-Eat, the 36-hour Monk Fast, Extended Fasting (48–72 hours), Dry Fasting, Ekadashi, Circadian Rhythm Fasting, Daniel Fast, Fat Fasting, Juice Fasting and Bone Broth Fasting. Each plan explains its benefits, difficulty and beginner tips, with links to the research behind it. Prefer 14:10 or 18:6? Create your own fasting plan in seconds. Live fasting timer Start a fast with one tap. A countdown and progress ring show how long you have fasted and how long until your eating window opens. Pause and resume when life gets in the way. The body-phase card shows where you are in your fast (Fed State, Glucose Burn, Glycogen Depletion, Ketosis, Autophagy and Deep Repair) with a source for each phase. Weekly fasting schedule Your fasting and eating windows on a color-coded weekly calendar. For 5:2 and similar plans, pick your own fasting days. Tap any day to see its times or adjust them. Daily log and weight tracking Mark each day completed, partial or missed, and add mood, energy, weight, water, calories and notes. Find food ideas for breaking your fast gently. Missed a few days? Backfill them. Search your full history anytime. Stats that keep you going Current and longest streak, completion rate, average fast length, total hours fasted, a weight trend chart, an activity heatmap and a weekly bar chart, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or all time. Set goals such as 30 days of 16:8 and watch them fill up. Many people use intermittent fasting for weight loss, and the weight chart shows your real trend. Private by design No account and no cloud sync. Your fasts, logs and weight stay on your phone. Back up to a file and restore it on a new phone, or export your history as CSV. Light and dark themes.
