ClubFines

About

Know who owes what—and who has paid. ClubFines is a team fine tracker for coaches, captains, and club treasurers who want to replace spreadsheets and scattered chat messages with one shared overview. Manage player fines, create your own fine catalog, and track outstanding amounts throughout the season. Players don’t need separate accounts. YOUR TEAM’S RULES, YOUR FINE CATALOG Late to practice? Missed a training session? Forgot the kit? Create fines for your club’s rules, organize them into categories, and set your own amounts. Start with a football fine template containing 12 common fines or build your catalog from scratch. RECORD FINES WITHOUT THE ADMIN Choose a player, select an offense, review the details, and save. Keep each fine’s amount, date, and payment status organized in one place. SEE UNPAID FINES AT A GLANCE Check how much each player owes and mark fines as paid when you collect the money. Keep a clear record of outstanding fines and recorded payments without searching through old messages. SHARE THE WORK Invite other administrators to help manage players and fines. Give readers access to the current overview so your club can stay informed. KEEP EVERY SEASON ORGANIZED Organize records by season, revisit previous results, and see your team’s top offenders on the leaderboard. BUILT FOR TEAM SPORTS Use ClubFines for soccer, football, rugby, hockey, basketball, handball, and other team sports. Customize your fine catalog to match your team’s traditions and rules.
