About
Buff is a client and vehicle record app built for auto detailers. Every vehicle gets its own file: paint code, paint type and hardness, VIN, coating and PPF details, known defects, the products a client likes or wants avoided, and every job you have done on it. When a client pulls up, you already know their car. CLIENT AND VEHICLE PROFILES - Paint code, paint type, paint hardness and VIN for every vehicle - Ceramic coating details with the application date and a maintenance interval - PPF and tint details, paint condition notes and known defects - Product preferences, products to avoid and interior notes SERVICE RECORDS - Log the exterior process, correction details, protection applied and interior work - Note the products used on every job - Record the price, tip and hours of each job - Every past job on the vehicle's page BEFORE/AFTER PORTFOLIO - Up to 4 before/after photos per job on the free plan, unlimited with Pro - Portfolio gallery filtered by service type - Export photos sized for Instagram (1:1, 4:5) and TikTok or Stories (9:16) REFERENCE LIBRARY - Paint hardness guide by manufacturer - Step-by-step process guide: wash, decontamination, correction and protection BUFF PRO - Unlimited vehicles (the free plan holds 10) and photos, and your full service history (the free plan shows the last 3 months) - Coating maintenance scheduler: see which coated vehicles are due, mark maintenance done with one tap, and get a reminder before each one is due - Product inventory: track the stock level of compounds, polishes, coatings and supplies, and see what is running low - Income dashboard: revenue, tips and average job value by month, year or all time, and by service type - AI Detailing Advisor: ask about correction, coatings, products or pricing (30 questions a day). Your question is sent to xAI's Grok through our server only after you allow it, and nothing about your clients is attached. - CSV export of your jobs for tax time - Shareable year-in-review card YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE Clients, vehicles, jobs, photos and inventory are stored on your device. Everything except the AI Advisor works without an internet connection. Buff Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy.
