Sun Light is a simple daylight tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. Requires Apple Watch for automatic daylight tracking. Apple Watch records Time in Daylight in Apple Health, and Sun Light turns that data into a friendly daily ring, streak, and 7-day history. No manual timer. No complicated wellness plan. No subscription. Just wear your Apple Watch, go outside, and watch your ring fill up. WHAT YOU GET • Daily daylight progress ring • Streak tracking • 7-day history chart • Morning, afternoon, and evening breakdown • Custom daily goal • Sunrise and sunset times • iPhone home screen and lock screen widgets • Apple Watch app and complications HOW IT WORKS Sun Light reads one Apple Health data type: Time in Daylight. This data comes from Apple Watch. If you install Sun Light on an iPhone without a paired Apple Watch, the app can open, but automatic daylight minutes will stay at zero until Apple Watch data is available. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sun Light has no account, no server, no analytics, and no ads. Your daylight data stays in Apple Health on your devices. Sun Light is free. There is an optional tip jar in Settings if you want to support development.
