Good days no longer get treated as a problem. Forge's analysis used to go looking for something wrong even when your entry said things went fine - and if you wrote something short, it would make the length itself the issue and tell you that you were just checking a box. That was backwards. It taught you that only bad days were worth writing down. This release fixes it: - A short entry about a good day is read as exactly that. No invented flaw, no lecture about how you journal. - Progress reports can now say nothing is stuck, and give you credit for what you have actually resolved instead of carrying old issues forward forever. - Your writing prompts stop steering you toward problems that were never there. The hard entries still get the same direct read they always did. Nothing was softened - it just stopped making things up.

About

Most journal apps store your thoughts on their servers. Forge doesn't. Your entries stay on your device and your iCloud — we never see them. Forge is an AI journal built for high-performing men — founders, athletes, operators, anyone building something that demands clear thinking. Write what's on your mind and Forge breaks it down: - What's Actually Going On — raw facts, stripped of emotion - What You're Telling Yourself — the story your mind built - The Blind Spot — what you're not seeing - What's in Your Control — where to focus - One Move to Make Today — one specific action No fluff. No "how does that make you feel?" Just a straight breakdown of what's happening and what to do about it. NOW READS YOUR BODY, NOT JUST YOUR WORDS. Forge connects to Apple Health to learn your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training patterns. It builds YOUR baseline over two weeks, then uses deviations to shape your experience: - Under-recovered? Prompts shift toward reflection instead of pushing you to grind. - Well-rested and trained? Prompts lean into decisions and ambition. - Just crushed a workout? Forge factors physical output into the conversation. No health dashboards. Your metrics stay invisible unless you ask — they just make every prompt smarter. Completely optional. YOUR DATA. YOUR DEVICE. No account required. Your journal syncs only through your private iCloud — encrypted end-to-end. AI analysis is processed through Anthropic's API, which does not store or train on your data. Your thoughts go in, your breakdown comes out, nothing is kept. FEATURES AI Analysis Every entry gets a five-part breakdown. Forge finds the blind spot and gives you one clear move. Conversation Mode After your analysis, dig deeper. Push back or challenge a blind spot. The AI keeps it to 4 exchanges — enough to hit something real. Entry Templates Five frameworks: Pre-Game, Post-Mortem, Sunday Reset, Decision Log, and Anger Dump. Pick one or write freely. Pattern Alerts Forge watches for recurring themes, mood cycles, and things you keep avoiding. When something crosses a threshold, a subtle banner surfaces it. Weekly Digest A Sunday morning email with your week's patterns, action item progress, and one thing to focus on next week. Health-Aware Prompting Adapts prompts to your personal recovery and readiness — no population averages, just you. Voice Journaling Talk it out. On-device speech recognition means your voice never leaves your phone. Action Items Track tasks with due dates and recurrence. Turn insight into action. Daily Prompts AI-crafted prompts based on your entries, goals, and recovery state. Mood Tracking Tag how you're feeling and see trends over time. Progress Reports Weekly deep-dives that connect your patterns and call out what's still stuck. WHY FORGE - No account required — open the app and start writing - Your data never touches our servers - AI that challenges you instead of validating you - Health integration that adapts to your baseline - Built for how high-performing men process and problem-solve Forge is a self-reflection tool, not a substitute for professional therapy. SUBSCRIPTION Your first 3 AI analyses are free — no trial, no card required. After that, Forge Pro unlocks unlimited analysis, Conversation Mode, progress reports, and the weekly digest. 7-day free trial, then: - $4.99/month - $24.99/6 months Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends.
