Zynktra Scheduling

About

Zynktra runs the paperwork side of a trade business, so the work on the tools is the only part you take home. Quote it, schedule it, do it, invoice it — in one place, without re-typing the same job three times. SCHEDULING THAT HOLDS UP IN THE FIELD See the week across your whole crew, drag a job to a different day or a different tech, and watch conflicts flag themselves before you double-book someone. Jobs carry the client, the site, the vehicle and the history with them. QUOTES THAT TURN INTO INVOICES Build an itemised quote, send it, and convert it to a job the moment it is accepted. When the job is done the invoice is already most of the way written. JOB SHEETS YOUR TECHS WILL ACTUALLY FILL IN Design the completion form once and it lands on every relevant job. Photos, signatures, parts used, notes from site. No more chasing a docket that lived in someone's ute for a fortnight. BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN TRADES GST handled properly. SWMS templates. ABN on quotes and invoices. Xero and MYOB sync so your bookkeeper stops asking for things twice. ONE ACCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE TEAM Your apprentice, your subbies and your office manager all work from the same jobs, and each person sees what their role needs: techs get their own jobs and job sheets, the office gets the schedule, quotes and invoices.
