Caplo turns speech into live captions and translates them as you listen, on iPhone and iPad. Read along with conversations, lectures, in-person meetings, videos, live streams, and podcasts. Capture speech through your microphone or audio playing in supported apps, then follow captions in a floating Picture-in-Picture window. LIVE SPEECH-TO-TEXT See spoken words as text while you listen. Use live transcription to follow a speaker, revisit an explanation, or keep a readable record of a session. REAL-TIME TRANSLATION Translate captions into 60 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. Read captions in the original language, or switch to translated captions when you need help understanding another language. TWO WAYS TO CAPTURE AUDIO • Microphone: Capture nearby speech for face-to-face conversations, classroom lectures, and in-person meetings. • System Audio: Capture audio playing in supported apps through iOS screen recording, including videos, live streams, podcasts, and online courses. FLOATING CAPTIONS Keep captions visible in a Picture-in-Picture window while using other apps. Follow the audio without repeatedly switching back to Caplo, and customize caption styles to suit your reading preferences. SAVE, SEARCH, AND EXPORT Sessions are saved automatically so you can review them later. Browse and search your history, copy text, or export transcripts as Markdown for study notes and meeting records. Your sessions are stored on your device and sync automatically across your devices when iCloud Drive is on. Caplo does not support capturing call audio from video calling or online meeting apps. Use microphone mode for in-person meetings.
