Simple Interval Workout Timer

About

BAKA is a clean, distraction-free interval timer built for people who train hard and want their tools to stay out of the way. When you work, the screen goes black and your countdown burns in yellow. When you rest, the screen flips to yellow. No reading required. You know exactly where you are at every second of every round. BUILT FOR SPEED Open the app and your last workout is already on the home screen. One tap and you are training. No menus, no setup, no wasted time. SIMPLE TIMER, SERIOUS TRAINING Set your work duration, rest duration, and number of rounds. BAKA handles the rest. Whether you are doing classic Tabata, long HIIT intervals, or a custom circuit you built yourself, the timer gets out of your way and lets you focus on the work. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Every completed workout is automatically saved to your history. Your current streak and personal best are always visible. Seeing your streak grow is one of the simplest and most effective ways to stay consistent over time.
