Tebbo: Self-Care Companion

About

TEBBO: Self Care Companion Tebbo is made for people who want to take better care of themselves and discover a world full of personality along the way. Your Tebbo cares about you. New to the world, excited, and forever curious... Tebbo can't wait to share each discovery and new place with you. Expect plenty of questions about local treasures! Wherever the adventure leads, your Tebbo is always rooting for you. HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SELF-CARE APPS? Well, for one, Tebbo is cuter. And while Tebbos may look like turtles, they're far more mysterious. They can fly, they come from a world beyond the stars, and they grow a personality shaped by the choices you make. Other apps may track your self-care. They may even have a character. What they don't have is a curious, magical companion who turns self-care into a real-world adventure. KEY FEATURES • Self-care check-ins Choose from gentle suggestions like Calm, Movement, Sleep, Gratitude, and Connection, or create your own.
