The app powers our admins and on-the-road technicians from intake to invoice. KEY FEATURES • Smart work-order management — assign jobs to specific technicians, track status (assigned → started → pending → completed) in real time. • Built-in VIN barcode scanner — point the camera at the windshield VIN sticker to instantly decode year/make/model via NHTSA. • Appointment system — customers book online, admins schedule manually, and SMS confirmations are sent automatically. • Auto-generated work orders — when an admin assigns an appointment to a technician, the work order is created and linked automatically. • Customer SMS confirmations (English + Spanish) — service confirmations, technician en-route messages, and completion notifications with review links. • Airbag parts sales tracking — log driver, passenger, side, knee and curtain airbag sales with cost, sale price, profit and commission. • Tech productivity reports — per-technician revenue, payment method breakdown (cash, Zelle, check, credit) and credit balances. • Client credit accounts — clients with approved credit see live pending balance and payment history. • Daily devotional verse on the home screen. WHO IS IT FOR This is a private business tool. Only invited employees of Ohio Airbag Reset (admins, technicians and accountants) can log in. The public site at ohioairbagreset.com is where customers book service. SAFETY & SECURITY All client data lives on secure cloud infrastructure with role-based access — technicians only see jobs assigned to them, customer phone numbers are masked unless the user has admin role.
