v2.0.0 — Care logs that go all the way to the vet The biggest month since 1.9.0. Vet records and the medical cabinet are rebuilt from scratch, meds now guard against double doses, and feeding logs finally tell you what your pet ate — and how they did. And starting with 2.0, your walk lives on the Lock Screen. [What's New] • Walks on the Lock Screen Start a walk and the time and distance appear on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Check in without unlocking, and a short summary stays when you finish. • Vet records, rebuilt Entry screens tailored to 16 visit types (checkups, vaccines, surgery, emergencies and more), structured surgery details, and 48 diagnostic tests to choose from. Vaccines link straight to your records, and "Ask the vet" pins collect questions between visits so nothing gets forgotten at the clinic. • Medical cabinet X-rays, ultrasounds (videos too), lab sheets, prescriptions and receipts — all on one shelf. Filter by type, compare two side by side, and share just what you need with a link. • Visit recording that keeps going Record the conversation at the clinic and get an AI summary. Recording now continues even when your phone is locked or you switch apps. • Lab results, read more accurately Multi-page clinic reports, long scrolling screenshots and iPhone photos (HEIC) all work. Blood-gas values are kept separate, 60 more analytes are recognized, and what changed since the last test is shown first. Bundle results into a single report to share. • Meds — never missed, never doubled If someone in the family already gave a dose, you'll know before logging it again. Turn on "keep reminding" for important meds until they're done. Medications and supplements are now separate, a shared bottle deducts stock for every pet using it, and you can add meds by name search or by snapping the label. Once-a-day meds without a set time can join a group, too. • Before & after Compare weight, meals, water, stool, vomiting and glucose for 7, 14 or 30 days before and after a med or food change. Just the logs, no verdicts. • Feeding timeline, food scorecard & protein history See when each food, supplement and med started and stopped — tap a row to open stool and weight for that stretch right below. Compare foods side by side on a scorecard, and see how long your pet has eaten each protein (chicken, duck, salmon…). You can even add foods and treats from before you used the app, by month. • Easier feeding Log a meal for several pets at once, keep each automatic feeder on a single daily sheet, auto-fill your usual food, and weigh the bowl to work out what was eaten. Not sure how much will be finished? Log it now and add the amount later. Switching foods? A transition plan walks you through the ratios step by step. • More special care Oxygen chamber, nebulizer and urine specific gravity (refractometer) logs join sub-Q fluids and diabetes. Diabetes and kidney guidance has been refined with input from practicing veterinarians. • Reports your way The report composer has a new look — pick lab trends, a med sheet, weight, special care and more, and export a PDF. Weekly care reports can be shared as an image, PDF or link. • Widgets & sharing Choose what the care-calendar widget shows, shared links open right in the app, and Today's Card posts straight to Instagram Stories. [Nicer to use] • Video logs now show a preview thumbnail. • A tidier pet profile, with gentle prompts to fill in the details. • Announcements now live in one place under More. • Faster startup and steadier behavior on slow networks. • Plus hundreds of improvements and fixes. Thank you for logging every day with the one by your side.

About
A pet who needs medication every day. A pet who's getting older. A multi-pet home where records get mixed up. Pawsitive is a health record app built for guardians of chronically ill and senior cats and dogs. Never miss a dose, share care with up to 5 family members, and bring a one-page report to your next vet visit. Built by a developer who cares for a cat with chronic kidney disease. —————————— RECOMMENDED FOR —————————— • Guardians managing chronic conditions — kidney disease (CKD), diabetes, heart disease, thyroid — with daily medication or subcutaneous fluids • Anyone watching a senior cat or senior dog's weight and condition over time • Multi-pet households that need to know who gave which medication, and when • Families sharing care duties — and anyone who wants to show accurate records at the next visit —————————— KEY FEATURES —————————— • Medication & Group Dosing Bundle meds into groups like "Morning" or "Heart set" and check off the whole group in one tap. Log meds, supplements, sub-Q fluids, glucose checks, and insulin, and avoid double or missed doses even with several caretakers. Register new meds from a searchable guide of 130+. • Lab Results & Bloodwork Enter vet lab results manually or scan the sheet with OCR. Plain-language guides for 140+ markers — creatinine, BUN, SDMA, phosphorus, potassium, T4 — with trend charts, reference ranges kept exactly as printed, and a personal baseline overlay from your pet's past results. Urinalysis supported. • Vet-Ready Reports Pick the logs you want to share — feeding, meds, potty, weight, symptoms, labs — and Pawsitive builds a clean PDF. Start from templates like Pre-Visit Summary, narrow the dates, and share in one tap. Every number appears exactly as logged — the app adds no interpretation. • Vet Visit Records Log visit details, prescriptions, diagnoses, vitals, and costs in one place. • Family Sharing Up to 5 family members share one care record. See in real time who fed your pet and whether medication was given. • AI Health Reports Weekly AI analysis — feeding trends, weight, medication adherence, and stool patterns in charts and insights. • Feeding & Intake The feature people use most. Log a meal in one tap — search the food catalog or use presets. Serve now and log the amount eaten later, portion by portion. Bowl Mode subtracts the bowl's weight for what was actually eaten, and wet-food moisture is added to water intake. • Quick Logging Water intake, stool, weight, and hygiene — each in a single tap. Water Bowl Mode turns bowl weights into intake automatically. • Smart Routine Management Set daily, weekly, or monthly care routines and check completion on the calendar — medication schedules and health checks included. • Palatability Analysis See which foods your pet loves and which they leave behind — handy when switching to a prescription diet. • Pozi AI Assistant Ask Pozi, a pet-care AI, about your records. Pozi doesn't diagnose — it observes and organizes; judgment always belongs to you and your vet. • Walk Tracking with GPS Auto-record route, distance, and duration, and keep an eye on activity levels. • Home Screen Widgets 17 widget types — today's checklist, upcoming events, stool calendar, weight trends — without opening the app. Check off medication and care routines right from the widget. • Expenses & Insurance Log food, treats, vet bills, and insurance premiums, and review monthly trends. • Memorial Space A gentle place to keep the records of pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge. —————————— Languages: English, 한국어, 日本語, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Português (BR), 简体中文 26 themes + a custom theme builder to make the app your own —————————— Pawsitive doesn't diagnose — it records and organizes, connecting care at home with care at the vet. Logging is always free. Keep every day with your pet. Privacy Policy: https://pawsitive-app-legal.vercel.app/en/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://pawsitive-app-legal.vercel.app/en/terms/
