This update keeps you signed in when you update, celebrates your milestones and brings dozens of refinements to the workout screen, Lean Trainer and sync. • Milestones: when you cross one (10, 50, 100 workouts and beyond, weeks in a row, monthly and yearly volume, monthly and yearly POF), the workout summary opens with a card for it, ready to share. In December, your year in review. • Finished workout: the completed sets fly into the title, and the summary card and buttons follow. • Updating from an older version keeps you signed in, with all your workouts and routines. Signing in after starting without an account brings the workouts you logged before. • Changes to routines and finished workouts are saved to your account, and saving no longer waits for the network. • Sync: pending items are sent when the connection returns and when you come back to the app, with the same count on the Home badge, in Profile and on the sync screen. A notification lets you know if something is still waiting while the app is closed. • Workout: tap an exercise photo to see it full screen, and the name to open its page with video, muscles, record and history. Adding or replacing an exercise fills in the weight and reps from last time. Timed sets (cardio, plank) keep counting after the target, with a beep even when your iPhone is locked. • Rest: +15 and -15 change only the rest in progress. One beep at the end of each rest, one Live Activity per workout, and your music keeps playing. • Lean Trainer: plans include a warm-up set on the first compound exercise of each muscle group, a tip on every exercise and a fit to the time you have. Swapping an exercise keeps its sets and reps. When you create a new plan, you choose whether to replace or keep the previous routines. • Exercise photos are kept on your iPhone, so you can train without a connection. • Swipe from the left edge to go back on any screen. • Analytics: charts for long periods show the whole line, and the monthly and yearly frequency cards include the calendar. • Pounds: with lb as your unit, every weight is shown and saved in pounds. • Exercise names follow the app language. • Cardio and Apple Fitness: the time field shows your target before you start, and planks stay inside your strength workout. About
Lean is a science-based workout tracker built around the POF method — the most proven training system for real muscle growth. LEAN TRAINER: A PLAN BUILT FOR YOU Answer a few questions and get a weekly plan for your goal, your days, your time and your equipment. Follow it week by week: 4 consistent weeks, then 8 weeks of load progression. When the cycle ends, Lean Trainer reviews what progressed, swaps what stalled and builds your next plan from what worked. LOG WORKOUTS IN SECONDS Track sets, reps, and weight with minimal taps. Auto-fills your last session so you can focus on lifting, not typing. POF PROGRESS TRACKING Each exercise shows a progress bar based on the POF method. See exactly how close you are to your target and when it's time to push harder. 880+ EXERCISES WITH VIDEOS Full exercise library with instructional videos. Search by muscle group, equipment, or name. READY-MADE ROUTINES Browse complete, pre-built routines organized by muscle group. Add an entire workout in one tap. Designed with the POF method built in. COMPETITIONS — CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS Create a challenge with custom rules: choose the scoring method (number of workouts, total volume, POF score, or sets), set start and end dates, and share an invite link. Friends join in one tap. Live leaderboard with real-time rankings and a top-3 podium. Activity feed shows what your friends are training. SHARE YOUR PROGRESS Export a clean training summary card with your POF score and key stats. Share to Instagram, WhatsApp, or anywhere. APPLE WATCH Control your workout from your wrist. Rest timer and haptic feedback on Watch. 100% OFFLINE No internet required. Everything works without a connection — your data stays on your device.
