Notification Setup Improvements The notification permission screen has been simplified with clearer messaging, a more focused setup flow, and updated copy that better explains why alerts matter for local updates. Custom Alert Sound Fix Fixed an issue where the custom notification sound for MyChembur alerts was not playing correctly. Cleaner Story Viewing Cached story images now open instantly without replaying the fade-in animation. The story image lightbox also now hides and blurs the toolbar for a cleaner fullscreen experience. Smoother Home Feed Experience Home now shows the All filter instantly, then fades in category filters once the configured category list loads. Cached news cards also remain clean if a background refresh fails, without showing an overlapping refresh error.
