The myTuftsMed Companion App enables patients participating in a pilot program to measure body weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, and heart rate using devices purchased by Tufts Medicine from the company iHealth Labs, Inc. Data is then securely transmitted to the Tufts Medicine Electronic Health Record for monitoring by a clinical team.
