FlowBuilder is a yoga sequencing app for teachers and home practitioners. Build a flow pose by pose, practice it with guided playback, and see how your practice grows. Version 1.6 redraws every pose, adds the 3D Figure, and brings FlowBuilder to Apple Watch, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro. BUILD • 315 poses, more than 100 of them new, with English and Sanskrit names, cues and new pose pictures • Drag-and-drop sequencing with sections, sides and hold times, plus Quick Add and Undo • Generate a Flow: a balanced flow for any length, level and focus, put together on your device by FlowBuilder's own sequencing rules • Flow Library: 64 ready-made flows in 17 categories, from Sun Salutations up, ready to adapt CREATE FROM WORDS, VOICE AND VIDEO • Text to Flow: paste a written sequence and get a playable flow • Voice to Flow: say the poses and hold times out loud, and each pose is added as you say it • Video to Flow: turn a yoga video you already have into a flow • Pose to Flow: the camera advances the flow when you reach each pose Text, Voice and Video to Flow use Apple's on-device model where Apple Intelligence is available, and FlowBuilder's built-in parser everywhere else.
