My name is Stu. I did not set out to become a watch collector, but the hobby has captivated my attention and held it for years. I made Prolost Watches not to quantify my fascination, but to elevate my enjoyment of it. • Every watch I own is entered into the app. Every detail I want to remember, in one place. • Every day I wear a watch, I log it. Over time, this reveals insights. In the moment, it adds to the ritual and intentionality of choosing a watch for the day. • Throughout the day, I check the app. It surfaces memories of watches and my adventures with them. It helps me enjoy the watches I’m not wearing today — even ones I’ve let go. • If I snap a wrist shot, I add it to Prolost Watches. These moments appear on the Map and in the Events timeline, and bubble up later for ongoing enjoyment. • Every turn of the calendar page, I enjoy the Manifest, a report of my activities and wear habits for the previous month. • When I sell a watch, I log that too. My watch finances keep track of themselves. Prolost Watches is a one-time purchase. There’s no subscription, no ads, no account. Your data is secure and private, and never leaves your device. I hope you’ll find, as I have, that Prolost Watches is more than a tool. It’s a way to hold your entire collection in your hand. To understand it, manage it, illuminate it. But most importantly, to enjoy it.

This update makes it even easier to adopt specs from the Prolost Watches database, and improves the display of Events. • New prominent indication in Watch Details of available specs from database. • You can snooze or hide this suggestion. • Events now uses Acquired/Released terminology instead of Purchased/Sold. • Events complication now shows watch images for Acquired/Released events. • “1 miles since last log” in On Wrist is now “1 mile”. As of version 1.1, Prolost Watches is backed by an ever-growing database of watch specs, so filling out your watch’s data can be as simple as a tap. You can customize the color palette along with the layout, making Prolost Watches even more uniquely yours. Helpful tips guide you through the advanced features of the app. • When you add or edit a watch, Prolost Watches checks against a library of detailed watch specifications. If your watch isn’t listed, you can optionally share your specs and help grow the database for all. • But data isn’t everything. Adding a watch now has a step-by-step flow that helps you understand what information matters and what can wait. • It’s not easy being (only) green. Customize the look and feel of the app in Settings → Color Palette. • Watch Feature tags expanded to individual selections for Movement Type, Dial, Bezel, and Crystal. • Tips! Helpful tips guide you through the features of the app. • Locations are now labeled by country, without any data leaving your device. • The monthly Manifest also gets a countries report. • Watch Nicknames! A place to put Arnie, Pepsi, Turtle. • You now have a choice of search engines in Settings. • Brands now features a “Worn” view, to sort and compare brands by cumulative wrist time. • Brand autocomplete — when adding a new Brand, if we know about it, we help fill in the name and details. • “Purchase” broadly renamed to “Acquisition” in response to a request by an international jewelry thief. • “Sold” is now “Sold/Released” in response to a request by the thief’s victims. • “Diameter” is now “Diameter/Width” and “Lug-to-Lug” is now “Lug-to-Lug/Height”. • Setting watch purchase/acquisition location has better map search, and the option to drop a pin anywhere. • Many more improvements listed at prolost.watch/updates
