Smoother logging, safer saving, and a cleaner look in every theme. LOGGING - Leave a workout and come back: tap the down arrow and a Resume bar waits above the tabs. - Forgot to log one? "Log for another day" saves a workout on the day you trained. - The next set shows your last numbers in grey. Tick it to use them, or type new ones. - Finish is always there. If you filled in a set but didn't tick it, Brolic asks before saving. - Rest timer: it floats at the bottom, keeps counting while you scroll, and can tell you when rest is over, even with the phone locked. - Tap a set's number to make it a warm-up or delete it. LEADERBOARD - Every max shows the set it came from, like "from 255 lbs x 5". - Your spot shows even if you're outside the top 100. - "See where you rank" right after you finish a workout. - Weight classes in your own unit, and people you've blocked don't appear. SAFER - A workout that doesn't save comes back to the logger. It's never lost. - Your last name, bodyweight history and block list are now private to you. Others see your first name and last initial. - Deleting something asks first. Deleting your account asks you to confirm it's you, then removes everything, including comments. EASIER TO READ - Better contrast in every colour theme, light and dark. - Big text sizes no longer cut anything off. - New app icon. Plus many fixes and speed-ups.

About
Log your lifts, see where you rank, and watch yourself get stronger. A simple gym log and leaderboard that looks like the training notebook in your gym bag. LOG A LIFT IN SECONDS Tap Log, tap Bench Press (or Squat, Deadlift, Leg Press, Overhead Press), type your weight and reps, tick the set. The rest timer starts by itself. Your best on that lift shows right there so you know what to beat, and your full history is one tap away. Warm-ups never count toward your records. Leave a workout to check the feed and pick it up again, or log one you forgot for an earlier day. Works with no signal and syncs when you're back online. FULL WORKOUTS AND ROUTINES, FREE Start a full workout and add as many exercises as you like. Save any workout as a routine. Six starter routines are built in: Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower and Full Body. A LEADERBOARD YOU CAN TRUST Every lift has its own board: worldwide, in your country, in your city, or in your weight class. See your spot, who's one place above you, and exactly how much it takes to pass them. Rank by max lift or pound for pound, and see the set behind every number. Boards show first names, so it feels like your gym. VOTES KEEP IT HONEST Every lift can be upvoted or downvoted. A lift with more downvotes than upvotes drops off the leaderboard automatically. Comment on anyone's lift to hype them up, and report or block anyone who isn't cool. SEE YOUR GROWTH For every lift: how much stronger you are since you started, a chart over time, and a bar to your next step — your next strength level from Beginner to Elite, or your next plate milestone. Goals with clear progress bars. Bodyweight trend. Your week streak. THE WEEK, READ BACK Every week gets a report: workouts against your target, total weight lifted against last week, sets for every muscle group, your best lifts, the records you set, and the muscle you skipped. Share any week as an image. CROSSFIT TOO Post your time for Fran, Murph, Grace, Helen and more in three taps. Every WOD has its own leaderboard. Five colour themes, each in light and dark. Pounds or kilograms. Free. No ads. No AI. No video uploads. Built for gym-goers, powerlifters and CrossFitters.
