Disabled Fitness was created from a real need and a real lived experience. As a full‑time wheelchair user, I often wondered how much physical activity I was actually doing throughout the day. I knew I was moving, pushing, transferring, navigating, and staying active in my own way — but the fitness trackers built into phones and mainstream apps didn’t see any of it. They weren’t designed for wheelchair users, so they counted my days as “inactive,” even when I was putting in real effort. That feeling of being invisible in the data is what inspired this app .Disabled Fitness is designed specifically for wheelchair users who want to track their activity, stay motivated, and build healthier habits.
