LocalPort: Private AI Gateway

About

Turn your device into a secure AI fortress. LocalPort is the personal data gateway that combines on-device intelligence with strict privacy control. In an era of cloud dependency, LocalPort takes a different approach. Your sensitive documents, notes, and memories stay anchored on your device. When you need the power of external AI, LocalPort serves as the secure bridge—opening only when you say so. CORE FEATURES: The "Wake-on-Request" Gateway LocalPort introduces a revolutionary way to interact with external LLMs and AI services without exposing your database. Inbound Request: When an external service needs info, it "docks" at your relay server. You are the Captain: You receive a push notification asking for permission. Local Export: Approve via Biometrics, and LocalPort processes the answer locally. Only the specific result leaves your device—never your raw files. On-Device Intelligence (Llama 3.2) Chat with your data without an internet connection. Smart RAG: Instant answers from your PDFs, images, and text files using local vector search. Privacy-First OCR: Extract text from screenshots and photos instantly on your hardware. Vector Database: Your data is indexed locally for meaning-based retrieval, not just keyword matching. Secure by Design Zero Cloud Storage: We don't host your data. It lives and dies on your phone. Biometric Auth: FaceID/TouchID integration ensures only you can approve data egress. Encrypted Channels: All "Port" traffic is ephemeral and strictly encrypted. WHO IS LOCALPORT FOR? Developers and professionals who need a secure "local API" for their life. Privacy advocates who want the utility of AI without the surveillance. Anyone looking to organize their digital life in a private, searchable harbor. LocalPort: Your Data. Your Device. Your Rules.
