Our class offerings (both livestream and on demand) include: yoga, pilates, guided meditation, breathwork, reiki, stretch, and sound healing. We also offer an adaptive section for people who are pregnant or living with disabilities and mobility limitations. Each class is paired with a different scent from The Noble Brand's fragrance catalog, which is designed to give your self-care routine a full sensory experience. The Noble Brand is a black, queer, disabled, female-owned company that provides amazing people like yourself with luxury home fragrance products to help elevate your self-care routine.
