If you need to book a reservation, please download the Prime Time Rideshare Customer App. This app requires access to the following: - Location Services - Notification Service - Internet Connection You will experience issues on the app if any of these are turned off while the app is running. Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS on the background can have a drastic effect on your device's battery life. We recommend running the PTS Driver app while using a power connection.
