About
Scan every receipt in seconds. KeepSlip tracks return windows and warranties, reminds you before they close, and builds the proof you need when something breaks. Everyone keeps receipts. Almost nobody can find the right one on the day something breaks. KeepSlip is a private vault for the paperwork that proves what you own — and it knows which of your rights are still valid. SOMETHING WENT WRONG? Open the receipt and tap one button. KeepSlip asks what you need — return it, claim the warranty, or file an insurance claim — then shows exactly what evidence that situation needs and what you're still missing. When you're ready, it builds a single PDF proof packet: the receipt, the purchase date, the amount, your notes, and photos of the fault. One file. Ready to send. KNOWS WHAT'S STILL VALID - See at a glance which return windows and warranties are still open - Get reminded before a return window closes, not after - Tell returns apart from warranties — they expire on different days WHY PEOPLE KEEP KEEPSLIP - Scan a receipt in seconds, or import PDFs and photos you already have - Add a note to any receipt while you save it — where you put the box, who the gift was for, what the salesperson promised - Keep the receipt, the warranty document, and photos of the product together - Store serial numbers, IMEI numbers and barcodes with the purchase - Sync privately across iPhone, iPad and Mac with iCloud - Find any purchase straight from Spotlight search, without opening the app - Ask Siri to open the purchase that needs attention first - A real Mac app, not a stretched phone app PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your receipts are processed on your device. They are never sent to our servers — we don't have any. Your vault lives in your own iCloud account, and you can export everything at any time. FREE AND PREMIUM KeepSlip is free for a personal vault. Premium is a one-time purchase — no subscription — and unlocks an unlimited vault, batch import, the document vault and advanced protection tools.
