FrictionKiller reads your low-star app reviews the way a good PM would: it clusters the complaints into themes, ranks them by how much friction they cause, and shows you the exact quotes behind each one. Paste one to a few reviews — one per paragraph — and get a ranked, severity-scored breakdown in seconds. Two layers, one clear line between them: • Structural analysis — free, unlimited, on-device. Splitting, clustering, severity, and friction scores all run entirely on your iPhone. No account, no servers, works offline. Nothing is uploaded. • Smart analysis — optional, credit-gated. When you want more, a smart run adds a plain-language explanation of why a theme is driving users away and a written fix you can drop straight into a ticket. Smart runs send only distilled themes and a few quotes — processed once, stored never — and the result comes back to your device. Private by architecture. Your reviews live only in this app. Structural analysis never leaves the device. Smart runs are transient by design, and you can delete everything — account and local data — with a tap in Settings.
