A new Body view: The Body tab is rebuilt. Move day by day through heart rate, sleep, HRV, breathing rate, temperature and blood oxygen, each with your own usual range. See where your day sat between rest, activity and exertion, and read your night broken into deep, core and REM. Log the things that move your body too: a medication start, a treatment, a surgery, a hard week. Then measure from that day, and ask what changed after it. Rox reads the result back in plain English, and you can carry the question into chat. If your tracker was off, we say so. We never invent a number. A new design, everywhere: Every screen has been redrawn in one calmer visual language: warm sand backgrounds, soft cream cards with a clean outline, rounded type that is easy to read on a bad day, and one clear action per screen. Dark mode is properly drawn rather than dimmed, right down to a night version of Home's hand-painted valley. Body, Symptoms, Medications, Pacing, Moments, chat and settings all speak the same way now. Plus fixes to reminders, medication times and notifications.

About
Rox is the AI companion for people living with POTS, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Long COVID, Endometriosis, EDS, Lupus, and other chronic invisible illness. Living with chronic illness means being told everything looks fine when nothing feels fine. Being handed a diagnosis and no map. Being your own researcher, advocate, and pattern-spotter, all while exhausted. Rox is built for the community that has been failed too many times by systems not designed for them. WHAT MAKES ROX DIFFERENT Rox connects with Oura, Apple Watch, and Garmin. It reads your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity data alongside how you actually feel. Rox remembers you. The longer you use it, the more it understands your baseline, your patterns, your triggers, and what a normal day looks like versus a flare. Rox is there at 2 AM. When your symptoms don't make sense, when your doctor said everything looks fine, when you need to talk it through. No judgment, no toxic positivity, no "have you tried yoga." HOW ROX HELPS - Track symptoms, flares, and recovery in your own words - Log medications, treatments, and dose changes - See how sleep, stress, and activity affect your body - Practice spoon-based energy pacing - Walk into appointments with organized health summaries - Remember what happened weeks or months ago - Spot patterns your daily log can't show on its own BUILT FOR YOUR CONDITION - POTS and dysautonomia - Fibromyalgia - ME/CFS and chronic fatigue - Long COVID - Endometriosis - EDS and hypermobility - Lupus and autoimmune conditions - Chronic pain and migraine - Hormonal and thyroid conditions - Undiagnosed chronic illness ASK ROX ANYTHING "Why have I been feeling worse this week?" "What changed before my last flare?" "Is my sleep affecting my symptoms?" "What should I bring up with my next doctor visit?" "Am I actually improving over the last month?" "What patterns am I missing?" MORE THAN A SYMPTOM LOG Chronic illness is not just about symptoms. It affects work, relationships, energy, and every decision you make in a day. Rox learns your health history, your daily reality, and your priorities. The support you get reflects what is actually happening in your life, not just what your last log entry said. The more you use Rox, the clearer your picture becomes. PRIVATE & SECURE Your health data stay yours. We take privacy seriously.
