The Michigan Flora is a trusted resource for learning about and identifying the plants of Michigan and is now available as a mobile app. Explore native and naturalized plant species in the Great Lakes State, with most core functions available without an internet connection. Based on data from Michigan Flora Online at https://michiganflora.net, the app includes expert-reviewed information drawn from verified herbarium specimens. It is designed for students, educators, researchers, land managers, gardeners, and anyone interested in Michigan’s plant life. Features include: * Browse plants by family, genus, or species name * Use Keys to identify species * View species photographs (download additional images when device space is available) * Distribution maps based on verified specimens * Search by common name, scientific name, family, genus, native status, plant attributes, conservation status, and county * Access a botanical glossary, reference list, and information on various aspects of the flora * Use primary functions with no internet connections
