TrackMyAligners helps you wear your clear aligners the way your orthodontist planned: 20–22 hours a day, tray after tray. It works with Invisalign, ClearCorrect, Spark, and any other aligner brand. ONE TAP TO TRACK Tap when your aligners come out, tap when they go back in. See today's wear time, your progress toward your daily goal, and how many hours are left. Forgot to tap? Add or edit a session by hand. KNOW WHEN TO SWITCH TRAYS Enter how many aligners you have and how often you change them. The app shows which aligner you're on, which day of it, and when the next change is due, and it adjusts if you switch early or late. REMINDERS THAT HELP Get a nudge 45 minutes after you take your aligners out, a reminder on tray change day, and optional daily check-ins.
