NEW HISTORY SCREEN β€” READY TO TRY β€’ The redesigned workout History is now available as an experimental feature. Turn it on in Settings β€Ί Experimental Features β€Ί History, and the History tab opens the new screen. Workouts are grouped by day with per-day totals, you can filter by sync status or date range, and expanding a workout shows speed, steps, cadence, pace, incline, elevation and heart-rate zones on one page. Select several workouts at once to sync, export or delete them in a single action. Switch back to the classic screen any time β€” and tell us what you find. TREADMILL CONTROL β€’ If your treadmill ignores a speed change you asked for, the app now says so instead of leaving you to notice on your own. β€’ Resuming after a pause on FTMS treadmills no longer sends a zero speed setpoint. β€’ An ad-hoc workout with a duration target keeps the time you had already run when you resume from a pause. β€’ More accurate step counts and distance on FitShow treadmills. β€’ In passive mode, workout duration follows the treadmill's own clock. WORKOUT HISTORY AND HEALTH β€’ Your history now reads from a single clock: the heart-rate graph, segment markers and the totals stay lined up with each other over a long run instead of drifting apart. β€’ Heart-rate traces are honest about dropouts β€” a brief gap is bridged, a long one stays a gap rather than holding your last reading flat across it. β€’ Ending a workout while it is paused now records the paused time correctly. β€’ A .FIT export of a program workout contains one lap per segment. β€’ A workout is no longer removed from Apple Health over a read-back mismatch. β€’ Re-syncing several workouts at once no longer skips the ones after a failure. β€’ More of the History screen is translated. SUBSCRIPTION β€’ The subscription screen recovers on its own β€” if plans fail to load, Retry brings them back instead of needing an app restart. β€’ If plans still refuse to load, you can send a diagnostic report straight from that screen. β€’ Purchase-failure messages are now translated in every supported language. β€’ The "Share Purchase Diagnostics" row in Settings now appears only when a purchase actually ran into trouble, rather than after simply opening the subscription screen. Plus the usual round of smaller fixes and polish.

About

Your treadmill, but smarter. Connect via Bluetooth, control speed and incline from your phone, and see every workout as a chart β€” all for free, no account required. No ads, no videos, no gimmicks β€” just you and your workout. Go further with Premium: custom programs, heart rate zones, Live Activity, Apple Health sync, and more. CONNECT & CONTROL β€’ Instant Bluetooth pairing β€” remembers your treadmill for next time β€’ Adjust speed and incline directly from your phone β€’ Export and import workouts and programs β€” share or back up your data SUPPORTED TREADMILLS β€’ Built for FitShow. β€’ FTMS-compatible treadmills are supported, but FTMS implementations vary by manufacturer. Some allow full control (speed, incline, start, stop) and rich data; some allow data only, with no control over the belt; some restrict third-party apps almost entirely. FTMS itself doesn't relay every metric β€” steps, for example, aren't part of it. We can't guarantee every FTMS treadmill will work β€” support depends entirely on what the manufacturer permits over Bluetooth. β€’ Live compatibility list before you buy: https://treadmill-assistant.com/docs/compatibility/ β€’ Treadmill not on the list? Get in touch via email or Discord (links on https://treadmill-assistant.com) for guidance on adding support, where possible.
