Know what to do when the flight gets hard. This update is about the moments that matter most: the days before, the seat, and the hour after you land. A guide that listens. The Thought Challenge is now a conversation. Say the thought in your own words, the guide asks what would have to be true, you weigh your own evidence first, and the facts come in when you want them. Kept thoughts come back for a quick re-rate. It lives in Tools, so you can open it whenever a thought needs answering. The guide uses an online service to write its replies. You can switch that off under Settings, Privacy, and the built-in guide takes over. Numbers that mean something. Every time the app asks how bad it got, each point on the scale now comes with words, from calm to the worst of it. No more guessing what a number means. Your flight, measured by you. Before you fly, say how high you think the worst moment will get. In the air, two taps mark when the bumps start and when they ease. After you land, the debrief shows what you predicted and what actually happened, in your own numbers. Then it asks what helped and what did not, in the app or outside it, and we read those answers to make the app better. A journey map you can read. Each stop now shows what it is about: the breathing, the gate, takeoff, the bumps, the landing, the day after. A front door for the day after. Flew without opening the companion? Today picks up the flight, so the landing screens and the debrief still happen. More cards for the fears that had none. The fear of the fear itself, feeling trapped once the doors close, and the countdown in the days before a flight. Also in this update: your debrief answer is saved even with no signal, the sign-in code retries on a bad connection and tells you plainly what happened, and many smaller fixes across the daily plan and the companion.

About
Flying doesn't have to feel like white-knuckling it from takeoff to landing. ReadytoFly is a daily program built on CBT and ACT, ten minutes at a time, that helps you change your relationship with flight anxiety. Take the short assessment, get your personal fear profile, and start a program built around how the fear shows up: turbulence, strange sounds, feeling trapped, or the loss of control. YOUR DAILY SESSION • Guided CBT and ACT audio that walks you through real flight moments, from boarding to landing, so they feel familiar before you fly • Reframe the thoughts that spiral before a trip • A journey map with named stages, so you can see the path and how far you have come THE FLIGHT COMPANION • On flight day, the companion walks with you from your front door to your seat, then flies with you through takeoff, cruise, descent, and landing • Sound decoders explain the chimes, hums, and thumps as they happen, because a sound you can name is easier to sit with • A gentle debrief after you land, so the win actually lands too TOOLS THAT WORK AT 35,000 FEET • Quick calming exercises you can actually use in seat 23F, with a voice that counts the breathing with you • The SOS shelf is one tap away when a moment gets loud • The calm tools work in airplane mode, no connection needed Add your flight date and the days shape themselves around it: a lighter day, the night before, the morning of the flight. Whether it is a first flight in years, a booked trip with a loud countdown, or feeling fine until the cabin door closes, the program meets you where you are. Some flights feel easier than others. That is normal, and it is not a setback. ReadytoFly is built for doing it scared, and then doing it a little less scared. The techniques come from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, adapted for flying and built to be used in the seat. ReadytoFly is a wellness program designed to help you feel calmer about flying. It is not a substitute for professional care. ReadytoFly Premium is a subscription: $79.99/year with a 3-day free trial, or $9.99/week. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings.
