Unpick: Skin Picking Coach

About

MEET YOUR AI COACH Personalized support when you need it, whether you're working through a setback, trying to understand your patterns, or just need encouragement. Your Unpick Coach helps you feel less alone and more equipped to manage your picking. Your Unpick Coach can analyze your picking patterns, and progress to offer guidance and strategies tailored specifically to you, whenever you need it. TRACK EVERY PICK Being aware of your picking behaviors helps turn something that often happens on autopilot into something you can notice, pause, and respond to. Unpick lets you log each pick and record key details about your behaviors to help you keep track of your picking, including a personalized Unpick score that reflects your progress over time. CALM URGES IN THE MOMENT Managing urges when they arise helps reduce their frequency and the likelihood of them turning into picks. Unpick will guide you through calming activities, like slow breathing exercises and interactive touch games, to help you ride out urges when they appear and reduce the chance of picking. UNDERSTAND YOUR TRIGGERS Discovering patterns in your picking, like specific triggers, emotions, or situations that lead to it, helps you understand the "why" behind the behavior, making it easier to predict high-risk moments and develop targeted strategies to reduce picking. Unpick analyses your picking behavior and highlights patterns in your picking, so you can better understand what makes picking more likely.
