HOW ALLY USES AI To generate responses, Ally sends your messages to our AI service providers OpenAI (text and voice processing) and ElevenLabs (voice processing). None of these providers use your data to train their models. Processing is temporary and solely for operating Ally. Your data is protected by equivalent privacy and security standards and dedicated data processing agreements. You can review or withdraw this consent at any time under Settings → Privacy → AI data usage.
