About
Meet Hush - a tiny, elegant sound studio for focus, relaxation, and sleep. No recurring subscription or in-app purchases. Tap Play for a great default mix, or open Studio to fine-tune every detail: beat rate, base tone, and the exact “color” of noise from Brown to Violet. Headphones recommended for binaural beats. Why you’ll like it • Press play, done. A balanced Focus/Unwind/Sleep preset starts instantly. • Smooth by design. Every change ramps in—no clicks, pops, or jumps. • Dial it in. Set beat rate (0.5–35 Hz), base tone, and tone/noise mix with fine control. • Headphone-smart. Detects headphones and offers a friendly mono preview when they’re not. • Set and forget. 5/15/30-minute or ∞ timers with a gentle fade-out at the end. • Comfort first. Optional safe-volume cap keeps listening easy on the ears. • Made to feel right. Big Play button, haptic detents at meaningful values, clear labels. • Always ready. Works offline—no account, no sign-in, no distractions. Hush can play two things at once: 1. Binaural beat - two nearby tones (one per ear) that create a perceived beat at their difference. 2. Colored noise - white/pink/brown/blue/violet shaped to sound darker or brighter. Mix them to taste, save your vibe, and let the timer handle the rest. Notes • Binaural beats require stereo headphones to function as intended. • Hush is for relaxation and focus only. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims.
