When verifying mobile IDs on iPhone with the Montana Mobile ID Verifier app, only the requested identity information will be shown on the ID reader. Users can review the information being requested and then confirm or deny. This app does not store any information on the IDs that are validated, and the data is not accessible to the State of Montana. The Montana Mobile ID Verifier app can be used on iOS 17.0 or later. There is no charge for use of this app, or for the use of a mobile ID from Montana.
