Routined: Visual Habits

About

Struggling to get through the day without constant nagging? Whether you are helping your children find their footing or managing your own daily goals, Routined is designed to create clarity. From interactive routines for the whole family to personal checklists for adults, this app helps you stay focused and reduces the mental load. Routines do not have to be tied to money. Weekly and monthly allowance is off from the start, and it is entirely up to you whether to use it at all. THIS APP WILL HELP YOU: • Empower Your Children: Build routines that help kids understand what is next, boosting their independence and self-esteem. • Reduce Friction: Shift the responsibility from "nagging" to the app, creating a calmer environment for both parents and children. • Support Neurodiversity: While built for everyone, the app offers the structure and visual predictability that is especially helpful for ADHD and Autism. • Master Your Own Habits: Solo Mode gives you the same clear routines for yourself, perfect for morning habits, workouts or daily focus. FEATURES: • Advanced Visual Supports: Use our pictogram library, generate unique AI images, take your own photos, or upload images to make tasks crystal clear. • A Profile for Every Child: Create profiles for the kids with a boy, girl or gender neutral option, each with their own routines. • Dedicated Child View: A calm and easy-to-navigate interface for children, in standard or fully picture-based mode, chosen per child. • Praise and Celebration: The child gets encouragement for every step ticked off and a shower of stars when the routine is done. Set it per child, or turn it off entirely. • Rewards If You Want Them: A weekly or monthly allowance that either follows how much got done, or is a fixed sum with no link to the chores at all. You pay it out when you choose. • Extra Tasks: Jobs outside the everyday routines, paid in money, stars, screen time you agree on, or a reward of your own wording. Can require your approval. • Mood Check: Let the child show how they feel before and after a routine, and follow the pattern over time. • Integrated Timers: Use timers and checklists to stay on schedule and manage transitions with ease. • Real-time Synchronization: All family members see updated routines and progress instantly on their own devices. • Solo Mode for Adults: Use the same app for your own checklists and habits. • 14-Day Free Trial: Test all premium features, including Solo Mode and partner sync, completely risk-free.
