ParkNest connects drivers with homeowners renting out their driveways, so you can park minutes from the stadium, the restaurant, or the beach for a fraction of lot prices. Hosts turn an empty driveway into income on event nights. FOR DRIVERS • Search any destination — a stadium, a park, a restaurant, an address — and see real driveways nearby with the walking time to where you're going. • Popular destinations for your city, from Chase Center and Dolores Park to SoFi Stadium and Wrigley Field. • Set when you're arriving and for how long. Driveways that aren't free for that window are greyed out with the next time they open, so you only book what's actually available. • Filter by distance, price, rating, how many cars fit, your vehicle type (motorcycle to pickup), security cameras, and EV charging. • Real photos, host house rules, cancellation policy, and reviews on every listing. • Exact addresses stay private until you book. Then you get the address, directions, and a chat with the host. • Pay securely in the app, with Apple Pay. • Reminders 15 minutes before your time is up, and a heads-up on when to head back to your car based on how far away you are. Need longer? Add time in one tap. FOR HOSTS • List your driveway in about five minutes: photos, what vehicles fit, your hours, your price, and house rules. • Quick verification with a utility bill or similar document plus a photo ID keeps the community safe. • Set daily availability. Guests can only book inside your hours, and bookings never overlap. • Message guests, see upcoming bookings, and get paid through Stripe.
