Lixor: Bar Inventory by Voice

About

Lixor learns your bar, then counts it by voice. Walk your bar and say what you see. Lixor writes it down, reads it back, and keeps your inventory current. No clipboard, no typing. LEARNS YOUR BAR Teach Lixor a bottle once on the Which bottle? screen and it remembers the names your team really uses. Every count after that gets smarter. A SMARTER EAR When Lixor is not sure, it asks you "Did you mean...?" so every bottle lands on the right name. Tap Hear it to replay exactly what you said and know what Lixor heard. COUNT HANDS-FREE Put your phone in your pocket, use AirPods or any Bluetooth headphones, and count the whole bar without touching the screen. Just say "two bottles" and move on. Lixor waits for you and checks in once. Two ways to count by voice: Lixor leads, naming each bottle so you only give the number, or You lead, calling bottles by the names you actually use. Prefer exact fill levels? Place a bottle on a Bluetooth scale. YOUR SHELF ORDER Set the order of any area by voice or a few taps, and Lixor walks your bar in that order, shelf by shelf. Move or copy bottles between areas the way you would expect. TEAM COUNTING Invite your staff to count together. Everyone gets a section, and the manager sees progress live and verifies the result. RECEIVING AND INVOICES Scan a vendor invoice and Lixor reads the bottles and prices into receiving. Catalog pictures come with every new bottle, and a delivery you delete is reversed cleanly. Connect Fintech and distributor deliveries arrive on their own. WORKS OFFLINE Counting keeps going when the basement storeroom has no signal and catches up when you are back online. REPORTS THAT MATTER See your total inventory value, track changes over time, and compare counts with sales. Variance reports show expected against actual usage so you spot shrinkage fast. Export any count to a spreadsheet in your currency. CONNECT YOUR POS Connect your point of sale and Lixor turns every sale into pour cost by recipe, cocktail insight and variance reports that write themselves. ASK LIX Ask Lix anything about your counts, inventory or bar operations. It knows your country's bottle sizes, pours and POS systems. COUNTS IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Polish, on every screen and in voice counting. Currency, bottle sizes, pour sizes and tax wording follow your bar's country. Built for bars, restaurants with a bar, hotels, casinos and liquor stores. Food and dry goods count too: give the kitchen its own area. Start free. No credit card required.
