Pat Test Pro

About

PAT Test Pro — intelligent portable appliance testing on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Built by iCertifi for electricians and electrical contractors who want PAT testing finished on site, not typed up later. Scan, test, certify, email — before you leave the building. WHY ELECTRICIANS SWITCH • Unlimited appliances and unlimited certificates — no per-item or per-cert charges • Works offline; everything syncs the moment you are back on signal • Start on iPhone, continue on iPad, finish on Mac — one account, one dataset • No PC, no third-party desktop software, no manual transfers SMART BARCODE SCANNING Scan an appliance ID and its details fill themselves in. Return to a site months later, scan the same item, and every previously saved detail — make, model, location, class, previous results — populates instantly. No duplicate entry, no re-typing. APPLIANCE PASSPORT Every appliance carries its own history. Tap any item in Scannable Appliances, or the History button on the test form, to see every test ever recorded against that Appliance ID: dates, certificates, pass/fail results, readings and photos. Ideal for client queries and repeat contracts. AI APPLIANCE SCANNING Point the camera at an appliance and let the AI carry out the visual inspection. It records every defect found, its severity and the reasoning, and saves the findings alongside the test — ready-made evidence for failed items, remedial quotes and client disputes. RETEST DATES THAT CHASE THEMSELVES Set retest intervals per appliance or per site. Upcoming retests appear on your home screen, so recurring work comes back to you instead of quietly expiring. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES Generate clean, fully compliant PAT test certificates carrying your company details, logo, retest date and digital signature. Choose your certificate colour. Email straight to the client as a secure PDF, or keep it in the cloud. BUILT FOR IN-SERVICE INSPECTION AND TESTING • Built-in database of common appliances for fast, accurate entry • Pass, fail and remedial recording with photo evidence • An asset register that builds itself as you test • Automatic certificate and page handling — no page limits to manage • Class I, Class II, extension lead and IEC lead testing • Suits offices, schools, landlords, HMOs, hotels, construction sites and portfolio contracts BOOKKEEPING BUILT IN Every completed appliance can raise a draft invoice in Mint Books automatically — invoicing, quotations and Making Tax Digital compliance without leaving the job. SECURE CLOUD, NOT A SPREADSHEET Industry-leading cloud infrastructure with end-to-end encryption and redundant storage. Your data is private, backed up and accessible only to you — even if a device is lost, stolen or replaced.
