"Why do I feel like this today?" — the answer is usually somewhere in your cycle. Flory isn't just a place to log your period. What Flory says is chosen only from your own records and your current phase. Turn Flory off any time in Appearance. HONEST PREDICTIONS, WITH RANGES Flory won't tell you "your period starts on the 14th." It says "around the 12th–16th, medium confidence." When there isn't enough data yet, it says so: "log two more cycles and this gets sharper." No invented precision. And tapping "Why this date?" shows you where the date came from — your own recent cycles, their average, how much they vary, and why the window is that wide. When you have logged only one period, we say plainly that the number is borrowed.
