Headway 3.02 is our biggest update yet! Log a migraine from your wrist in three taps and see it on your iPhone within a second, explore a redesigned Statistics dashboard, and (if you choose) let Headway account for your menstrual cycle. Your existing entries carry over automatically. Apple Watch - Log an attack in three taps: pain level, your usual triggers and symptoms, save. The full form is one tap away under "More". - Entries appear on your iPhone within a second when both devices are nearby, and still arrive later if you log offline. Edits on either device stay in order, and deletions never come back. - The risk score on your Watch refreshes whenever you open it, when the iPhone app comes to the foreground, and in the background. Until a score is available it says so instead of showing 0%. Redesigned Statistics - Your migraine days for the period are front and center, with how they compare to the previous period. - New measures clinicians use: unique headache days per month, acute-medication days with overuse-risk bands, median duration, symptom prevalence, and a weekday pattern. - A scrollable 12-month chart with your average, a severity heatmap, and drill-down pages behind every card. Tap a bar or a card to explore. Cycle-aware insights (optional) If you track your cycle in Apple Health, entries near the start of a period are tagged, the Migraine Risk forecast takes cycle timing into account, and Statistics shows how much more likely your migraines are around your period, with a confidence rating based on your own data. Headway reads the sex recorded in Health only to decide whether this applies to you. Turn it on or off in Settings > Apple Health. Cycle data stays on your iPhone and is never synced, exported, or shared. Settings, reorganized Data & Privacy, Integrations, Notifications, Appearance, and About, with the status of each permission and a one-tap link to fix it. On first launch Headway now offers to connect Apple Health right away. Logging Medications are listed as generic (Brand) with the ones you use most pinned to the top, a gentle tap confirms each save, and half-finished entries are kept as drafts. Accessibility Every chart supports VoiceOver Audio Graphs, severity and trends are shown with shapes as well as color when Differentiate Without Color is on, animations respect Reduce Motion, and the whole app follows your preferred text size. iPad and Mac Sidebar layouts on iPad, keyboard shortcuts, and on Mac a sortable table, menu commands, search, and standard export. A refreshed About screen on iPhone. Privacy and reliability - Your database, exports, and prediction files are protected on device. - Weather locations are rounded to about 1 km before they are stored. - Prediction confidence is now based on how well the model has performed on your own history. - "Delete All Data" clears everything Headway created, including Health entries and Watch data. - Sturdier weather and location lookups, faster launch, and many stability fixes. As always, your migraine data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Headway never shares it.
