GARAGE is a hot mat pilates-inspired studio featuring high-energy HIIT style circuits — performed in an infrared heated room. Our signature classes flow with the lights down low and music up loud, and you’ll discover a stronger version of yourself, physically and mentally, by the end of your first class. Classes are designed to be challenging for all levels, with instructor cues to amplify or modify based on your own fitness level. We’re building a strong mind-body connection, increasing endurance, and having fun in every class. Come sweat with us!
