CES Trainer

About

CES Trainer helps seafarers prepare for the CES (Crew Evaluation System) test. Practise CES-format questions for your department and level, see the correct answers, and know how ready you are before you visit the crewing office. Every question illustration is built into the app, so diagrams, symbols and photos open instantly, even offline on board. PRACTISE YOUR OWN TEST • Choose your department (Engine, Deck or Detailed), then the category and level, just like in the real CES. • Training mode shows the correct answer right after you choose. Exam mode keeps you guessing until the end. • Take 50 or 72 questions, or the whole category. Each new test continues where the last one stopped, so you cover every question. STUDY QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS • Browse every question by department, category and level with the correct answer shown. • Search inside a category to find a topic fast. SEE HOW READY YOU ARE • A readiness score based on your last five tests, plus your best score and trend. • After each test: correct, wrong and skipped answers at a glance. • Review your mistakes: go through every wrong or skipped question with the correct answer highlighted. REPEAT THE TRICKY ONES • Save difficult questions to Favorites with one tap. • See which ones you missed last time and practise only your favorites. MADE FOR LIFE ON BOARD • Works completely offline. • Short sessions, a clean design and a dark mode that is easy on the eyes during a night watch. • Free, with no ads and no account. If the app helps you, you can buy the creator a beer in Settings. Question bank version 6.0.9. CES Trainer is an independent study app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official CES test provider. Some graphic elements created by Freepik.
