The Mash

About

At The Mash we believe in practicing sustainability through waste reduction and repurposing materials. We take the spent grain that occurs as a byproduct of brewing craft beer and upcycle it to make our one-of-a-kind pizza dough. In a world drowning in excess, we envision a new era where every bite is a conscious choice, a flavorful commitment to sustainability. Did you know that in North America alone, approximately 40% of food goes to waste? It's a statistic that compels us to be more than just a pizza place; we are on a mission to redefine the industry and rewrite this narrative. Our commitment goes beyond crafting mouthwatering pizzas; it's about cultivating a movement. We refuse to be bystanders to the staggering food waste crisis. The Mash is not just a franchise; it's a revolution, a maverick in the industry challenging the status quo. We slice differently, using upcycled brewers' grain to create a taste that's not only exceptional but also reduces our environmental footprint. Our mission is to inspire a wave of change, one delicious slice at a time. Join us in savouring flavour with purpose, where every pizza tells a story of sustainability, and each customer becomes a conscious consumer. The time for change is now, and The Mash is here to lead the way. Together, let's redefine how we consume, one mindful bite at a time.
