About
Every great image from the James Webb Space Telescope, with the story behind it — plus the Astronomy Picture of the Day every morning and the asteroids passing Earth this week. Solar Beam is free, and your first week includes everything in Premium. THE JAMES WEBB GALLERY Explore a curated gallery of Webb's most breathtaking images, straight from the ESA/Webb archive. Every image comes with its real caption, credit, distance, and sky position — the Cosmic Cliffs, the Pillars of Creation, Webb's first deep field, and hundreds more. Browse by collection — Nebulae, Galaxies, Star Birth, Our Solar System, Deep & Distant — or search for any target. WHERE IS WEBB A live status dashboard for the telescope itself: how many days it's been in space, its orbit at Lagrange Point 2 a million-plus miles away, and the astonishing temperature contrast between its sun-facing side and its supercooled instruments. 4K WALLPAPERS Save any Webb image as a 4K wallpaper or full-resolution download — straight from the source. WIDGETS NASA's Picture of the Day on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, in every size — free. Premium adds Webb Daily: a different curated James Webb image on your Home Screen every day. PICTURE OF THE DAY NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day, with AI-generated facts that make every image make sense. ASTEROIDS Track near-Earth objects and close approaches — always free. FREE, WITH A PREMIUM WEEK TO START Your first seven days include everything in Premium — no card, nothing to cancel. After that, Solar Beam stays free: the full near-Earth asteroid tracker, today's astronomy picture and the last 30 days, 60 images from the Webb gallery, 3 sets of AI facts, and the Picture of the Day widget. PREMIUM ADDS • The complete Webb gallery and the entire APOD archive • Save any Webb image as a 4K wallpaper or a full-resolution download • Ambient Mode — a living deep-space gallery for your screen • Spatial Scenes on Vision Pro • Unlimited AI facts • Webb Daily widget Premium unlocks on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Vision Pro, and works with Family Sharing. PREMIUM PLANS • Solar Beam Premium Monthly — auto-renewing, US$3.99 per month • Solar Beam Premium Annual — auto-renewing, US$19.99 per year • Solar Beam Premium Lifetime — US$29.99 once, not a subscription Prices are in US dollars; your local price is always shown before you buy.
