Test Drive Valet is the test drive check-in for car dealerships. Put it on an iPad or iPhone at the desk, and customers check themselves in before they take a car out. A check-in takes about a minute: • The customer enters a phone number and email • Scans the barcode on the back of their driver's license, then photographs both sides • Adds their insurance card, or names their insurer, if your store asks for it • Chooses the vehicle from your inventory • Picks the salesperson they came to see • Reads and signs your test drive agreement on screen What your dealership gets: • A lead sent to your CRM for every check-in, in the standard ADF format • A record of every test drive: who drove, which car, when they left and came back • The signed agreement as a PDF, with the signature on it • Every driver screened against the U.S. Treasury sanctions (OFAC) list, with a confirmation on file • A printable Test Drive Record for each drive • Co-drivers on the same test drive, and a faster check-in for returning customers • Your logo on the check-in Everything is kept in your dealership's own portal at testdrivevalet.com, where you manage vehicles, salespeople, agreements and settings.
