About

Turn your tattoo ideas and meaningful photos into custom tattoo designs you can edit, try on, save, share, and take to your tattoo artist. TATTOO DESIGN WITHOUT THE BLANK PAGE Tatz is a tattoo design studio built for first tattoos, next tattoos, matching tattoos, cover-up ideas, and every strange little idea in between. Start with a written tattoo idea, say it out loud, or add a reference photo. Choose your tattoo style, colour, and level of detail, then create custom tattoo art shaped around your vision. TURN A PHOTO INTO A TATTOO Transform a photo of a person, pet, place, or memory into tattoo artwork. Use any photo as inspiration and explore how it could look as a custom tattoo design. EDIT YOUR TATTOO DESIGN Almost is not good enough. Edit the entire tattoo or brush over one specific area. Change the composition, remove unwanted details, adjust the artwork, or keep pushing the design until it hits right. VIRTUAL TATTOO TRY-ON Preview a tattoo on your own body before you commit. Move it, resize it, rotate it, and adjust the ink to see how the tattoo design looks on different body placements. EXPLORE 13 TATTOO STYLES Find your style with blackwork, old school, neo traditional, Japanese, dotwork, geometric, sketch, psychedelic, watercolor, surrealism, tribal, new school, and minimalist tattoo art. FIND MORE TATTOO IDEAS Explore tattoo designs from the Tatz community. Browse tattoo inspiration, filter designs by style, save your favourite tattoo ideas, and share the artwork that stops your scroll. PLAN YOUR TATTOO PLACEMENT Compare tattoo placements based on pain, healing, visibility, and available space. Explore body pain zones and find a placement that works for your design and comfort level. CREATE A TATTOO STENCIL Turn your tattoo design into clean line art and create a practical brief for your tattoo artist. Save your stencil, share your concept, and arrive at the tattoo shop with more than a blurry screenshot.
