The Birthing Class' Doulas will guide you through various phases of your pregnancy journey, including conception, pregnancy trimesters, pre-birth, and postpartum. Key topics covered include: - Educational tutorials on the pregnancy and birthing process. - Partner/parent support classes. - Maternal positioning classes. - Stages of labor education. - Breathwork and pain management techniques. - Mental preparation.
