OnStage: Worship Team Planner

About

OnStage is the worship team management app built for church bands, volunteers, and church admins who want to spend less time on planning and more time focused on what matters. SONG LIBRARY & DIGITAL MUSIC STAND Organize your full song library with chords, lyrics, and PDFs. Attach audio files, documents, and links so your team rehearses with the right arrangement. Add annotations, highlights, write notes, and assign your vocals. Your annotations sync across all devices. Play your reference tracks directly in the app with the built-in audio player — no need to switch between apps during rehearsal. Enable auto-scroll and OnStage will automatically advance the lyrics and chords at your chosen speed, keeping your hands free while you play. PDF SONG IMPORT Already have your songs as PDFs? Import them directly into OnStage. Our AI reads your PDF sheet music and chord charts and converts them automatically into OnStage's format — ready to transpose, annotate, and share with your team in seconds. SETLIST & SERVICE PLANNING Build and share setlists for worship services or band rehearsals. Transpose songs to any key, adjust tempo, and adjust your structure (Verse, Chorus, Bridge) on the fly. All edits sync to your whole team instantly. CHAT Stop coordinating across separate messaging apps. OnStage now includes built-in chat so you can communicate with your entire team in one place. Every event gets its own dedicated conversation, so rehearsal notes, last-minute changes, and Sunday morning logistics stay tied to the right service, right where your planning already happens. TEAM SCHEDULING & ROLE MANAGEMENT Assign roles like vocals, guitar, bass, and drums. Manage volunteer availability, set blockout dates, and send automatic push notifications before rehearsals and services. LIVE ON-STAGE PERFORMANCE Designed for live use, not just planning. Fast song transitions, offline access, and a distraction-free reading mode let you use OnStage right on stage. No internet required during your service. FLEXIBLE CHORD & LYRIC VIEWS Switch between lyrics-only, chords-only, or combined views. Display chords in standard, numeral, or number format. Key changes sync live across the team. Perfect for: worship teams, church bands, choir directors, praise teams, volunteers, christian musicians, music ministry leaders, evangelical churches, catholic music ministry, pentecostal worship, baptist church bands. Free for teams up to 5 members. Affordable plans for larger teams, from small groups to 1,000+ member churches.
