Pilates West is a beautiful room in southwest Austin with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and built on 30+ years of experience. We are thrilled to invite the community into our space to learn and love Pilates as much as we do! We offer classes as well as private sessions. Pilates helps to build core stability, overall strength, power, body awareness and how we feel in space (lighter/flowy/coordinated), and helps to increase our balance, and we say it increases our happiness too!
