About

Welcome to BODY • WRK, our versatile haven where strength of body and mind converge in a singular space. At BODY • WRK, we’ve curated two distinct rooms, each catering to different aspects of your fitness needs. Unleash your strength in The Lab, a high-energy space equipped with Lagree Microformers. Here, you'll engage in dynamic and challenging classes that push your physical limits. Led by our expertly trained instructors, these classes are designed to build strength, both inside and out, improve endurance, and sculpt muscles with every movement. Prepare to ignite your inner fire as you enter The Heated Room, where intensity meets rejuvenation. Here, infrared heat amplifies each movement in your yoga or sculpt practice, delving deep into your muscles for a detoxifying and invigorating experience. At BODY • WRK, we're not just about the workout; we're about the transformation. Our classes are crafted to build physical strength while nurturing mental fortitude. We’re excited for you to immerse yourself in these experiences and join our community of like-minded individuals who are on a journey to create a stronger, healthier version of themselves.
