About
ImageTracker lets you add image widgets to your Home Screen with live images from the web which update with realtime information. You can use it to track a weather cameras, various charts and figures, or anything live image you can think of! ImageTracker is the spiritual successor of SlothCam, the original webcam app for Dashboard, MacOS, and iOS, and it offers similar features to SlothCam, but in a modern Home Screen Widget format. With this app you can create widgets using any live image from the web (jpeg, jpg, png URLs). Whether it’s a satellite image of the Earth, a real-time weather forecast, space weather charts showing aurora data, or a live webcam feed, this app allows you to create dynamic widgets with live content from the web. To install a Home Screen Widget, tap and hold on your Home Screen until the icons jiggle and press + to add a widget. Once you add the widget, you can tap it while in Home Screen edit mode and add a custom URL to the widget. Features: •Customizable Widgets: Place any image URL into a Home Screen widget on your iPhone or iPad or Mac. •Live Updates: Widgets refresh periodically to display the latest data, ensuring your information is always current. •Versatile Use Cases: Ideal for displaying weather maps, NASA satellite images, live webcams, space weather charts, aurora borealis data, and more. Any image published to the web can be used! •Easily share images from widgets with friends. ImageTracker is free to use. Purchasing the app removes the in-app ad banner and the nag message that appears on the widget, and allows you to customize widgets with title text for each webcam image.
