GrowwW Child Nutritionist

About

Weaning is one of the most important phases. And so much of it you are not even aware of: allergens, nutrients, everyone telling you something different. GrowwW takes that off your hands, developed with paediatricians. It is only a few months. And yet they set the course for a whole life: weaning shapes how your child eats, what they tolerate and what they like. Development, allergens, a taste for variety, it all begins now. And it is exactly then that a thousand opinions come raining down on you. Forums, reels, well-meant advice, much of it contradictory, some of it simply wrong. For many parents a lovely chapter turns into pure stress. GrowwW changes that. The app gives your child the best possible start and gives you the easiest way through it: one step a day, at a glance. SAFE Introduce allergens safely, following official medical guidelines. Every relevant allergen as a guided programme, with a clear status: you see what is due, how much, and in what form. We promise no prevention. We show you the safe way. HEALTHY Variety and nutrients from the start. The nutrient tracker shows you across the week whether iron, healthy fats, vitamin D and iodine are covered. No counting, no guilty conscience. What your child gets to know now, they will like eating for the rest of their life. SIMPLE You do not have to keep anything in your head any more. GrowwW knows what you have already tried, which allergen is due again and what is still missing. Everything that matters sits on one card and takes two minutes to read. PERSONALISED TO YOU No child eats by the book. So GrowwW gets to know you properly at the start and builds your own plan from it: Your child's age, to the month Whether you have already started and how long you have been going Your approach: purees, baby-led weaning or both How your family eats, whether that is everything, vegetarian or vegan Allergies in the family and known allergies of your child Premature birth and corrected age The current development stage, from the first spoonful to full family meals And the plan never stands still. It grows along every day, at the pace your child sets. OUR ADVISORY BOARDS Medical advisory board: PD Dr. med. Florian Babor, senior physician at Düsseldorf University Hospital, and Dr. med.
